Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all modules, tools, cables, and documentation to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship to Snapmaker

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.
